Things worth writing about

• A correction. A product misclassified, a supplier missing, or pricing we have recorded as unpublished when it is published. These get fixed and acknowledged.
• You are a supplier on HMRC’s list. If your entry is wrong, tell us. We cannot remove you, because the list is HMRC’s, and we cannot promote you, because there is nowhere to promote you to.
• You are a journalist or analyst. The dataset is on the data page as a CSV. Happy to talk through the method or run a cut of the data you need.

Things we cannot help with

• Which product you should buy. We are not accountants and will not guess at your circumstances. The shortlist tool narrows the list; the decision is yours and your accountant’s.
• Payroll problems, HMRC penalties or tax questions. Those need an accountant or HMRC directly.
• Support for a product. We do not sell or run any of them. Go to the supplier.
